Women's Priorities for 2024/25: Employment

As we anticipate the release of the Programme for Government 2024-2025, we are organising multiple online roundtables focused on specific themes to gather your insights and expectations for the upcoming year from the Scottish Government.

How do you find employment in Scotland? Join us as we explore all aspects, including the gender pay gap, entrepreneurship, low-paid work, employment conditions, and career progression.

We extend this invitation to all women across Scotland—your voice matters!

These roundtable discussions provide a platform for women to openly discuss the topics of significance. A member of our SWC team will initiate conversations by asking broad questions, allowing attendees to then lead the discussions. Any views and lived experiences shared at the event are anonymised when included into our reports.
